| A career working in survey draughting, construction and offshore surveying, working with auto CAD (computer-assisted design), including a number of years working for Lands and Survey, has provided Carey with a vast amount of experience to help buyers and sellers navigate their way through any real estate transaction. Furthermore, his father owned his own building business. Early on Carey spent years working part-time in a joinery factory that made windows, doors, staircases and kitchens. As well as going to work with his father Carey built his own home as well. This project provided him with huge insight into the process from purchasing a life style section to council consent, selecting a building company and following the design and build through to completion and landscaping. Carey teams up with his wife, Jane Simonson, who has over ten years experience as a real estate sales person. With Jane’s background in advertising and marketing and Carey’s experience with titles and survey plans, they are the committed to making the sale of your property, or the purchase of your new home, as stress free as possible. Striving to create great relationships with effective communication this duo are the epitome of that tested old saying – two heads are better than one. | |
