About Marlene Beech
Marlene’s links with New Plymouth go back to the first European settler ship, William Bryan, on which her paternal family arrived in 1841. She grew up in South Taranaki.
Coming from a background in the caring professions of social work and early childhood where good outcomes for all are important, Marlene brings her knowledge and passion for helping people to achieve their goals to the real estate industry.
Working at First National both in Tauranga and New Plymouth alongside her husband Mike as part of the Beech Team, Mike’s recent retirement means Marlene is now your ‘go-to’ person.
Having bought and sold a number of properties on a personal basis and recognising the importance of working with a Real Estate Consultant you can have confidence in, Marlene’s approach is based on what’s best for you and your property and her job is to market your property to find the buyer who sees the most value and is prepared to pay for that.
When Marlene has some spare time, she enjoys spending it with her family and grandchildren as well as being part of Northpoint Church and meeting new people as she explores pockets of NZ with Mike and their wee dog Ruby by campervan.
Marlene wants your experience of buying or selling property to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Call her today to discuss your next real estate decision, be that a ‘Free Marketing Appraisal’ to determine the current value of your property or your next purchase. She is just a phone call away and you will not be disappointed in working with her when making your next real estate decision.
